REVITALIZE
HALF-DAY IMMERSION FOR MEN ON MOUNT TAM
Adventure. Ritual. Movement. Nature.
On June 14th, we gather on Mount Tamalpais for a half-day immersion that blends adventure, intentional movement, and ritual. This is a day on the mountain, curated specifically for men, that will leave you feeling more connected, inspired and alive than when you arrived.
What to expect
We begin with a grounding in foundational movement. Simple, powerful practices drawn from the NatLife method that open the major joints of the body and prime you for a day on the mountain. These are practices you can take home and integrate into your daily routine to increase strength, flexibility and stability.
From there, we head out onto lesser-known trails. As we move, we move mindfully. We release the traditional focuses of pace or performance and return to a high degree of presence to how your body meets the earth beneath your feet. We will crawl, climb, breathe, and be still.
At the heart of the day is ritual. Drawn from earth based cultures and wisdom traditions, we will work with the mountain as teacher: releasing what we’ve been carrying and planting intentions for what we’re calling in. This is experiential, simple and more powerful than it sounds.
We close back where we began. Mobilizing, settling, and landing in the body after the adventure we just experienced. You’ll walk away with practices to continue on your own, and a felt sense of what becomes possible when we gather in nature with intention.
This day is especially for you if:
• You’re curious about ritual or men’s gatherings but want something grounded in nature and adventure - not a traditional men’s circle.
• You want to feel more alive, clear, and connected to yourself, the land and community.
• You feel a pull to join, but you’re not sure why. That’s enough.
Benefits:
• Revitalize your body - increase mobility, strength, stability, and walk away with simple daily movement practices to take home
• Regulate your nervous system through breathwork, mindful movement, and deep immersion in nature
• Process and release what you’ve been carrying - gain clarity, set intentions, and reconnect with what matters
• Reawaken your senses and deepen your relationship with the natural world
• Leave feeling more alive, clear, and grounded than when you arrived
